This isn’t immediately relevant but I’ve also found regular exercise to transfer to my poker playing. It’s helped me improve my mental alertness and also increase the longevity with which I can maintain focus. Any high intensity exercise would likely work but I’ve been doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
